What is the role?

​You will play a key role in driving revenue growth in the assigned region by delivering ongoing customer training and education. You will provide clinical support to our customers and commercial organisation to influence change within accounts. In addition to flexibility and critical thinking skills, you can tackle new challenges with creativity, drive, and determination with the overall goal to provide best-in-class education programs to support our customer’s needs.

What are the key responsibilities? 
• Drive Aerogen utilisation and expansion in the region by providing ongoing customer training and education.
• Partner with the commercial team and the distributor partner to identify and assess customer needs; provide ongoing training through product validations, product implementations, therapy expansion, segment expansion, physician roundtables, and more.
• Deliver Continuing Education programs to customers throughout the assigned region.
• Complete equipment audits in hospital departments to aid maximum utilization
• Champion product in-servicing to drive standardization of care throughout accounts; creates account ‘super users’ by providing ongoing clinical and professional expertise to end-users.
• Serves as product expert and mentor for new account managers within the specified sales region.
• Support the clinical skill development of the account managers within the region to ensure a core set of clinical competencies are met on an annual basis.

• Fulfill other duties outside of job description as requested by manager

What education and experience are required? 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Previous demonstrable experience as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse
• Previous medical device/pharmaceutical experience would be a plus

• You enjoy working in a cross-functional team environment
•  You are curious, eager to learn and to teach and recognise that different people learn in different ways and can adapt to different styles as needed
• You are innovative and always try to make things better
• In this role you will be travelling to visit customers approximately 80% of your time, this might include overnight stays
• You speak both Dutch and English fluently
