What is the role?
As an Associate Clinical Educator, you will deliver clinical education that enables healthcare professionals to use Aerogen technologies safely and effectively across the Aerogen product portfolio.Working within your assigned region, you will collaborate with Account or Territory Managers and the wider commercial team to deliver clinical education that enables the implementation and integration of Aerogen therapies within hospital departments. Through education and clinical engagement, you will help clinicians build confidence in using Aerogen technology within everyday clinical practice.This role offers clinicians the opportunity to transition into the medical technology industry while continuing to apply their clinical expertise. The Associate Clinical Educator builds the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to independently deliver clinical education and enable the adoption of Aerogen therapies in clinical practice.
A day in the life of an Aerogen Clinical Educator
As an Associate Clinical Educator, no two days are the same. You may begin the day working alongside an Account Manager to support education within a hospital department. Later, you might be delivering a training session to nurses or respiratory therapists, helping clinicians understand how to use Aerogen technologies effectively in their clinical environment.Every interaction is an opportunity to share knowledge, support learning, and help healthcare professionals build confidence in practice.Behind the scenes, you will collaborate with colleagues across the commercial and clinical teams to plan education sessions, prepare materials, and ensure training reflects the needs of each hospital.Over time, you will develop your clinical education skills, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and gain experience delivering education independently across your region.This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that combines clinical expertise, education, and collaboration to support better patient care.
What are the key responsibilities?
• Deliver clinical education and training to healthcare professionals within the assigned region, progressively building confidence and capability to independently facilitate education sessions.
• Work collaboratively with Account or Territory Managers and the wider commercial team to understand clinical needs within accounts and deliver education that supports the safe and effective use of Aerogen technologies.
• Facilitate the introduction and implementation of Aerogen therapies within hospital departments through clinical education and practical guidance. Develop strong clinical knowledge of Aerogen technologies and their application across a range of respiratory support settings.
• Build professional relationships with healthcare professionals across hospital departments to support education delivery and clinical engagement.
• Plan and deliver education sessions, product training, and in-servicing activities within hospital environments.
• Gather feedback and clinical insights from healthcare professionals and share these with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
• Participate in structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to build capability as a Clinical Educator
• Consistently demonstrate behaviours aligned with Aerogen’s culture, values, and commitment to improving patient care.
What education and experience are required?
• A clinical background as a Respiratory Therapist, Registered Nurse, or similar healthcare professional is preferred.
• Experience working in acute care environments such as Intensive Care, Emergency Departments, Respiratory Care, or other relevant hospital settings is highly valued.
• An interest in clinical education and supporting healthcare professionals in adopting new technologies and therapies.
• Experience delivering teaching, training, or professional learning within healthcare environments may be advantageous.
• Medical device or pharmaceutical industry exposure may be beneficial but is not essential.
• Current professional clinical registration or licence where applicable.

• You are comfortable travelling within your assigned region to deliver education sessions.
• You are confident working independently while seeking support and guidance when needed.
