People Intern (October 2026 - April 2027)

As a People Intern at Aerogen, you will support a range of activities across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, people analytics, employee engagement, and process improvement initiatives. Working closely with our Global People & Organisational Development team, hiring managers and candidates, you will schedule interviews and answer queries to deliver an exception candidate experience You will also prepare reports and workforce insights, contribute to meaningful projects, provide regular reception cover and identify opportunities to improve People processes and the employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity to develop practical HR skills, build relationships across a global organisation, and gain exposure to how a high-growth MedTech company attracts, develops and supports its people.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with strong planning, coordination and prioritisation skills and good attention to detail. You will be an effective communicator who can build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, committed to delivering high-quality work and continuously look for ways to improve. Knowledge of HR and payroll legislation and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite are desirable. An interest in AI and digitalisation, particularly its potential to enhance HR processes, would also be advantageous. This is a full-time internship based on-site in our Dangan Headquarters.
