What is the role?  
Reporting to the People & OD Manager, the People Graduate will support the P&OD department's daily activities across the Aerogen global team. 

What are the key responsibilities?   
• Provide global people operations support to the P&OD dept - end to end completion of P&OD tasks and compliance to localised legislation and practices. 
• Working with global teams across multiple time zones 
• Assisting with international People processes and contributing to policy/process design, writing and updates 
• Supporting global projects and Business Partners (e.g., HRIS, global mobility) 
• Ownership of data integrity files, ensuring accurate capture of data and files are up to date and compliant. 
• Support and assist P&OD team in their activities and responsibilities associated with recruitment and onboarding. 
• Working with managers and employees to understand and interpret guidelines, procedures and policies. 
• Act as a first contact for the people inbox for employee and candidate queries. 
• Assist in preparation of reporting dashboards and metrics as required for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Assisting with design work in relation to reports, presentation, posters etc. 
• Use of digitization and AI tools to make process improvements and streamline work 
• Involvement with P&OD team strategy and projects and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Demonstrate and promote Aerogen's ‘We Care’ culture through supportive interactions, employee-focused solutions and wellbeing-centred work practices. 
• Ensure strict confidentiality in all matters including the safe storage of reports and records. 
• Perform such other duties appropriate to the role as may be required from time to time. 

What education and experience are required?  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited University in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Organisational Development, or related field.

Salary Range for this position is estimated at $18.00-$20.00 USD per hour and will depend on the candidate's skills, qualification and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
