Key Account Manager – KSA

What is the Role?
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Key Account Manager KSA is responsible for Aerogen’s revenue growth targets through the optimization and business management of Strategic Partnerships with key Saudi Ministry of Health hospitals and Central Supply, NUPCO, Non MOH Government Sector and Key Private Hospitals.

In contracting framework agreements, implementing pricing strategies and value based purchasing negotiations and in collaboration with Country Manager KSA and MEA Commercial Director, the candidate will build and execute a comprehensive Strategic Partnership Go To Market plan to accelerate Aerogen KSA  growth through the private corporate chains. The Key Account Manager will build and own strong customer relationship management and collaboration with the tender management, distributors and Key Healthcare Professionals. The Key Account Manager will also build the connection to Healthcare Insurances for the reimbursement of Aerogen products and relevant associations through cross functional collaboration with Aerogen Medical Affairs and Marketing.

What are the key responsibilities?
• Achieve sales revenue budget for Aerogen within KSA, focused management on corporate accounts and framework management.
• Build Strategic Partnerships with Saudi Government HCPs and GPOs in MOH, NUPCO  and other Governmental Hospitals.
• Attend QBR Meetings to align Aerogen´s portfolio growth & development, teams access, expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director and legal team on extension of framework agreements and conditions.
• Relationship management to ensure pricing acceptance in the market and supporting Aerogen´s salesforce with GPO information and collaboration with the Marketing Manager for market campaigns.
• Relationship & Support Management of Healthcare Insurances for faster prescription approvals and reimbursement
• Collaborate with SFDA for any future communication related to Competition malpractice and recalls in KSA.
• Build Strategic Partnerships in the Emergency Medical Services, Home Care Services  to drive new market development.
• Regular and efficient work in Aerogen´s the digital systems PULSE (CRM, LMS, Sales Excellence).
• Coordinate and follow field operations  to ensure communicated opportunities are turned into actions and revenue

What education and experience are required?
• Minimum of a Degree, preferably in Medical, Science  or business.
• At least 5 years experience in medical sales 
• Key Account Management or C-Suite group management a plus.

• Resident in Riyadh - KSA with flexibility to travel within KSA 50% 
• Full clean driving license.
