Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will coordinate cross-functional commercial tasks to support Aerogen's strategic growth plans. This role will lead the completion of product commercial releases, coordinate support to Regulatory registrations in geographical regions, and communicate necessary changes to meet regional regulatory and OEM customer requirements. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Regulatory, and Supply Chain will be required.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Lead current product commercial projects through the required Project Phases
• Manage project; Ensure scope is proactively managed via collaboration with project sponsor(s)
• Hold team members accountable for achievement of key project deliverables in alignment with the agreed to project plan and in compliance with corporate and medical quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers to handle administrative tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure resource availability for the project team
• Creation of essential project management documents, such as project schedules, scope statements, and project plans
• Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
• Assign tasks to team members and clarify expectations regarding project milestones and deliverables
• Acting as a bridge between the project team and internal stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
• Monitor project progress by providing updates to project stakeholders
• Schedule stakeholder meetings and generate meeting reports
• Use of best practice Project Management Tools, Methodologies & Processes for Projects
• Identify and action project issues appropriate to their severity and impact
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Education and Experience required
• Minimum Level 8 Degree qualification in Engineering, Technology, Regulatory or Science with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience coordinating projects within a cross-functional environment
• Experience in the Medical Device sector is preferable
• PMP, Agile with experience in Project Management are desirable, but not essential
Specific requirements
• Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining order in project-related activities
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and Management
• Diligence: Ensuring accuracy in project documentation
• Time Management: Meeting deadlines and keeping the projects on track
• Experience with project planning methodologies / Project Management, and project resource management
• Familiar with software tools for project schedule management
• Proficiency with MS Office (primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
• Excellent people skills with demonstrated decision-making competencies
• Ability to work on your initiative, be adaptable, prioritize work and manage multiple projects in a dynamic work environment
• Professional experience in writing technical documentation is an advantage
