What does it mean if the 30min. indicator flashes during nebulisation?

It could mean that the battery power is low. Try recharging the battery to fix this problem.




What should I do if the battery won’t recharge?

If the controller is connected to the AC/DC adapter, the battery charging light is illuminated green and the 30min light is flashing, it could mean that it is time to replace the battery. Please contact your local Aerogen sales representative or distributor.




What can I do if the battery won’t retain charge?

This could mean that the rechargeable battery needs to be replaced. To do this, please contact your local Aerogen sales representative or distributor.




What should I do if the 30min/Continuous light illuminates but aerosol is not visible?

There could be two reasons for this. Either there is no medication in the nebuliser, in which case you should refill medication though the filler cap, or it may be time to replace the nebuliser.

What should I do if the 30min/Continuous indicator does not light when the On/Off power button is pressed?

There could be two reasons for this. Either there is no power to the system, in which case you should verify that the AC/DC adapter is securely attached to the controller, or the rechargeable battery is depleted.
In this case, recharge the battery.




What does it mean if the fault indicator light illuminates?

This could mean that the controller cable is incorrectly connected to the nebuliser, or that electronics are malfunctioning. Please verify that the controller cable is correctly connected to both the nebuliser and the controller.




What should I do if medication is left in the nebuliser after the nebulisation cycle?

There could be several reasons for this:
i) The nebuliser may not have been turned on or connected to power – Please ensure that the nebuliser is connected to power and turned on.
ii) The rechargeable battery is depleted – In this case, recharge the battery. iii) A 30min cycle may have been selected when connected to the continuous feed system – In this case, run a continuous cycle. iv) It may be time to replace the nebuliser – please see Warranty and Life of Product. Refer to Aerogen Solo Parts List.




What does a flashing amber light mean ?

It could mean that it is time to replace the controller. Please contact your local Aerogen sales representative or distributor.
