What is the role?
We are pleased to build out our People & Organisational Development team at Aerogen with the addition of a newly created role supporting Benefits, Compensation, and Wellbeing. The new member of our team will play a key role in developing and managing benefits and compensation along with responsibility of building a wellbeing framework and strategy for our global Aerogen team.
What are the key responsibilities?
Benefits Management:
• Oversee the administration of global employee benefits programs, including health, wellness and other benefits.
• Developing health, retirement, life, disability insurance programs.
• Collaborate with VHI and other vendor providers to enhance our healthcare offerings.
• Benefit Communications: working with internal stakeholders, communicate benefit offerings to enhance colleague awareness and education.
Compensation Strategy:
• Partner to deliver annual performance & reward compensation review process via plan design, configuration, metrics/reporting, communications and programme delivery working with key senior internal stakeholders.
• Contributor to Aerogen Total Reward strategy through effective management and development of international reward information relating to fixed and variable pay.
• Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness
Reward Programs:
• Maintain and continuously improve our reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain employees.
• Ensure that all reward initiatives are aligned with our core values of Teamwork, Ambition, Innovation, and Integrity.
• Keep up to date and interpret new legal, regulatory, compliance and market developments with respect to Reward (in particular with respect to gender/minority pay & pay transparency) making recommendations where plans or policies may need review etc.
Wellbeing Initiatives:
• Build out the Aerogen Wellbeing Strategy in line with our company Employee Value Proposition, collaborating with internal communications and our internal teams e.g. Aerogen connect, sports & social clubs etc.
• Shape and promote wellbeing initiatives that support physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Plan and coordinate wellbeing events, workshops, and activities.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics.
Communication:
• As part of the team draft internal communications related to compensation, benefits, and wellbeing, ensuring employees are well-informed about their options and entitlements.
• Create engaging content to educate and inspire employees about the benefits and wellbeing resources available to them.
• Ability to gather and analyse data to advice to support stakeholders regarding interpreting policy, plans to support employee retention, the financial impact of decisions etc
What education and experience are required?
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• Proven experience in global compensation and/or benefits management.
• Experience in developing and promoting employee wellbeing programs.
