Production Supervisor (3 Cycle Shift)

The Production Supervisor will manage and motivate the Process Specialist teams, production operators and line leaders. They will be responsible for the safety of their team and themselves, quality compliance, production output, and frontline personnel management on their shift. They will create and update production plans across the three shifts daily. The Production Supervisor will lead shift 5mm and shift performance meeting its requirements regarding quality, cost, delivery, supply, safety, and people. This person will contribute cross-functionally to the other shifts and departments, collaborating to ensure that best practices are shared within the manufacturing environment.
