As part of our 25 events celebrating our 25 years of Care, Movember took its place as number ONE on our 1- 25 list.
ONE represents the alarming statistic that across the world, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day, with males accounting for 69% of all suicides.
Over 25 Aerogen employees, from all over the world, took part in this fundraising initiative. For the finale event a number of our Ireland based team united for one last fundraising push. Some being so determined to raise as much as possible, that Maurice O’Donoghue, shaved his head and Paul McGowan, PJ Gillespie and Eireamhoin McCarty waxed their legs - live!
Aerogen’s CEO and Founder, John Power spoke at this event, noting the significance of prioritizing both our physical and mental well-being. John highlighted the valuable resources provided by Aerogen and our healthcare partners.
We successfully raised €10,270, and as part of our Pledge 1% initiative Aerogen generously matched this, bringing our final total to €20,000!
