In 2003, Aerogen and Evo Medical Solutions entered into an exclusive manufacturing and marketing agreement for Aerogen's Aeroneb® Go Nebulizer. Under the terms of the agreement, Evo has the exclusive rights to manufacture and market the Aeroneb Go Nebulizer for use in the home market in the United States and certain countries worldwide. In 2003, Aerogen and Datex-Ohmeda entered into a worldwide, non-exclusive supply agreement for Aerogen's next generation Aeroneb® Professional Nebulizer System. SC Johnson & Son, Inc.
In 1999, Aerogen entered into an exclusive license agreement with S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., a worldwide consumer company with market presence in some 67 countries around the world, permitting it to use a modified version of Aerogen's Aerosol Generator in the fields of air fresheners and insect repellants.
