In 2001, Aerogen and Cardinal Health Respiratory Care Products and Services entered into a U.S. distribution agreement for Aerogen's Aeroneb Nebulizer products. Its sales force of more than 100 currently markets and distributes the Aeroneb® Professional Nebulizer System to hospitals in the United States. In 2005, Aerogen and Dräger Medical entered into a worldwide, non-exclusive distribution agreement for Aerogen’s Aeroneb® Professional Nebulizer System. Evo Medical Solutions (formerly Medical Industries America, Inc.).
In 2003, Aerogen and Evo Medical Solutions entered into an exclusive manufacturing and marketing agreement for Aerogen's Aeroneb® Go Nebulizer. Under the terms of the agreement, Evo has the exclusive rights to manufacture and market the Aeroneb Go Nebulizer for use in the home market in the United States and certain countries worldwide. Datex-Ohmeda (a division of GE Medical)
In 2003, Aerogen and Datex-Ohmeda entered into a worldwide, non-exclusive supply agreement for Aerogen's next generation Aeroneb® Professional Nebulizer System. Under the agreement, Aerogen will supply Datex-Ohmeda with a customized version of the Aeroneb Pro for integration into future products designed for critical care. In 2004, Aerogen and Maquet (formerly the ventilator division of Siemens Medical) entered into a worldwide, non-exclusive distribution agreement for Aerogen's Aeroneb® Professional Nebulizer System. SC Johnson & Son, Inc.
In 1999, Aerogen entered into an exclusive license agreement with S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., a worldwide consumer company with market presence in some 67 countries around the world, permitting it to use a modified version of Aerogen's Aerosol Generator in the fields of air fresheners and insect repellants.
